Duties Description The incumbent would be responsible for, but are not limited to, the data entering of licensing and permit applications into the agency’s workflow databases; access fees from a fee chart; assist with distribution of applications and related documents to review staff and maintain tickler files. The candidate will also be required to transcribe information into letter format and send via email/regular mail to applicants and representatives. They may be required to assist customers at the reception window by answering questions and issuing licenses and permits. Must have a pleasant phone manner and be able to request additional monies and documents via the phone. The incumbent may be required to perform additional clerical duties such as scanning, coding and mail duties as needed.
