Minimum Qualifications Interested candidates must be a NYS employee eligible to transfer under Section 52.6 of the Civil Service Law – OR – be reachable on the Business System Analyst 4 eligible list.

To be eligible to transfer under Section 52.6, candidates must have one year of permanent competitive service in a qualifying title allocated to a SG-25 or higher.

Duties Description The incumbent will serve as the manager of the Office of Continuous improvement and be responsible for coordinating business analysis functions and deliverables in support of business process improvement projects. The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating internal processes and using business intelligence tools to evaluate process performance data to help identify and quantify opportunities for improvement. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for development of business analysis competencies and overseeing business requirements gathering on WCB Business Process Re-engineering projects.
