Duties Description The incumbent will provide professional and administrative services to District management and Adjudication support staff. Duties may include but are not limited to: answering and directing incoming calls; preparing written correspondence; maintaining and purging files; serving as a Human Resource liaison coordinating and tracking performance evaluations; creating and managing databases; arranging and facilitating meetings and conferences; managing inventory and repair of office equipment; creating and maintaining Crisis Response phone tree; administering Employee Recognition Program and providing support as requested or needed.
