REASSIGNMENT QUALIFICATIONS: An employee with one year permanent competitive service in a UI Auditor 2, Grade 23, is eligible for reassignment to any location where a vacancy exists in the title.
An employee with less than one year permanent competitive service is eligible for reassignment to a different geographic location only if the employee is reachable for appointment in the new location.

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES: As an Unemployment Insurance Auditor 2, you would supervise contribution enforcement and support staff engaged in field audit and collection activities in a district, branch or central office. You would train and supervise subordinates; review their work; and assist on difficult cases. In a district branch or office, you would supervise investigations to determine employer contribution liability, delinquent contribution account collection, and unemployment insurance claimants’ earnings. If assigned to a central office operation, depending on the office assigned, you would review audit and investigation reports; conduct on-site district office quality assurance reviews; participate in other investigations and surveys; complete statistical and analytical reports; evaluate criteria used for selection of audits and investigations; conduct special computer audits and investigations on large employers and difficult cases. Computer technology will be used for various duties for these positions.
