Minimum Qualifications Current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service as a Head Mail & Supply Clerk; OR current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service in a position allocated to a Grade 13 or above and eligible for transfer under Section(s) 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

Duties Description Duties will include, but not be limited to the following:
• Receipt, control, and timely routing of incoming written communications in accordance with the rules and regulations of the United States Postal Service and the Office of General Services.
• Supervise the collection, preparation, control, and disposition of outgoing written communication.
• Supervise the receipt, storage, retrieval, and distribution of office supplies, equipment, furniture, and/or other material as well as any subordinates assigned to assist in these tasks.
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks including answering phone calls, copying, filing, scanning, and/or other clerical duties.
