Duties Description Day Legislation Initiative Implementation
Under the supervision of a State Expenditures Examiner 1, perform activities to support the implementation of the 15 Day Legislation Initiative. Duties include:
• Performing outreach to small business vendors to educate them on the 15 Day Legislation;
• Performing outreach to small business vendors to obtain the information necessary to enroll them in ACH and eSupplier as prerequisites to eInvoicing;
• Performing outreach to small business vendors to obtain the information necessary to enroll them in eInvoicing, including providing a high level of vendor education and support;
• Setting up vendors in the eInvoicing functionality within the Statewide Financial System;
• Tracking all vendors through the eight stage set up process, which occurs over a period of several days;
• Collaborating with OGS to enroll businesses in Marketplace, if applicable, including tracking Marketplace vendors through additional stages of set up (electronic PO dispatch);
• Maintaining statistical records of small business vendors enrolled in ACH and eSupplier and of small business vendors participating in eInvoicing; and
• Providing guidance and support to vendors and agencies.








Special Projects
Under the supervision of a State Expenditures Examiner 1, perform activities to support the implementation of various eCommerce initiatives and other special projects. Duties include:
• Performing outreach to educate and enroll vendors in eCommerce options such as electronic invoicing and electronic purchase order dispatch;
• Creating and updating vendor records and agreements in the system to enable eCommerce functionality;
• Updating vendor records with highly complex changes; and
• Performing duties related to other ad hoc special projects as they arise.
