A license to practice as a practical nurse in New York State.
Candidate must be eligible and maintain eligibility for full and unconditional participation in the Medicaid and Medicare programs. Failure to maintain licensure, certification and Medicaid/Medicare eligibility will result in the termination of employment.
Stutzman ATC is a Tobacco-Free Facility.
Duties Description Monitors patient records, conducts building checks for safety hazards, documents pertinent issues in the patient records, passes medications, assists in the collection of urine and blood specimens according to established procedures, files patient record forms in the appropriate place in the record, and other duties as assigned by the charge nurse.
Additional Comments Salary to include additional $575 Inconvenience pay.
