Salary RangeFrom $29489 to $36828 Annually
Minimum Qualifications Either: 1) Reachable on a Civil Service eligible list (if you are on the eligible list for this title, you will automatically be canvassed for this position if your score is reachable for potential appointment); OR 2) Eligible for reassignment by virtue of having a permanent competitive service as a Office Assistant 1 (Grade 6); OR 3) Eligible for transfer under the provisions of Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law by virtue of having one year of permanent competitive service in an appropriate title.
Duties Description Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Sort and distribute reports and mail.
- Contact schools for missing information.
- Send information requests for retiring administrators.
- Weekly review of documents in the hold queue for follow-up.
- File collective bargaining agreements and update district data page in PeopleSoft.
- Run QTR-78 tracking program.
- Run process for outstanding retirement reports
- Perform mass billing adjustments.
