Minimum Qualifications Minimum: Must have and maintain a valid NYS driver's license and able to operate standard shift pick up truck.

Preferred: Excellent communication skill are a must. A strong geographical knowledge of the area is preferred. Familiar with computers.

Duties Description This position will be required to do building cleaning, minor building maintenance, grounds maintenance, snow removal and janitorial services. Will also assist Operations staff by performing routine, repetitive activities such as answering simple questions, preparing simple reports. Pick up and deliver supplies and equipment. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating towing of vehicles, driver pickups and other common roadside.

Additional Comments Candidates must be willing to work unscheduled overtime, alternate work shifts, and other work schedule changes as necessary. May require early or late starting hours.
