Minimum Qualifications Eligible for a lateral transfer or a 70.1 transfer by having one year of permanent competitive service in an appropriate title. Appropriate titles include but are not limited to:

Office Assistant 2, SG-9*
Office Assistant 2 (Customer Service), SG-9*
Office Assistant 2 (Customer Service Spanish Language), SG-9*
Office Assistant 2 (Keyboarding), SG-9

Duties Description Duties of the position will include, but not be limited to:
• Answer main phone line and answer questions or direct to appropriate staff;
• Receive, edit and distribute inspection reports, addendums, and operational plan amendments;
• Track due dates of reports and send out reminders, if necessary, to ensure timely submission of reports;
• Mail renewals of operating certificate forms;
• Process and file new operating certificates;
• Track expiration dates of operating certificates;
• Process purchase orders for supplies;
• Type correspondence for staff;
• Receive, log and distribute mail;
• Fax/Copy/Scan materials as needed;
• Assist with special projects as needed;
• Coordinate, arrange and schedule meetings;
• Design, set up, and maintain office filing systems (including electronic);
• Assist with data entry of inspection report information.

Additional Comments Salary includes $3026 in location pay.
