Minimum Qualifications Reachable on Civil Service Eligible List, OR
One year of permanent competitive service as a Human Resource Specialist 3 or eligible for a 52.6 transfer.

Duties Description Responsible for all labor relations activity in a geographic grouping of programs, offices and/or youth residential facilities, which includes employee discipline, grievance administration, labor/management activity, and health and safety activities
Provide advice and assistance to program managers and supervisors regarding disciplinary matters.
Responsible for special projects and agency level labor/management committee assignments.
Represent the agency in both statewide and agency level negotiations; and direct or participate in labor management committees.
Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
Additional Comments Travel required: 35%
