Reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list for this title; or eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. Please note that 70.1 transfer candidates may be required to pass a typing test.
Duties Description Provide administrative support in the Buffalo District Office/Legal Department. Duties may include but are not limited to answering phones; opening/sorting mail; handling subpoenas and copy requests; processing reimbursement/payment requests; setting up third-party appeals, loss transfer and collection files, processing Income Execution Orders; processing checks; processing Closing Statements and monitoring/editing entries in a tracking system.
