Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list or a current NYS Employee eligible for transfer via section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.


Duties Description PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide clerical support to all DDPC staff;
• Filing;
• Answering and directing telephone calls;
• Opening, logging in and distributing mail;
• Scanning and copying various documents;
• Data entry;
• Various other projects and clerical duties as necessary.
