Duties Description
Duties may include but not limited to:

Work as a team member in the Human Services (HS) Call Center.

Perform IT system research and information gathering activities, review, document and categorize business processes or functions.

Define business rules; meet with agencies to determine and analyze their lines of business, breaking down all calls into operation needs.

Continuous interaction with business partners: provide feedback on calls handled, identify content needs and review upcoming expectations.

Provide ongoing production support through the assistance and problem resolution of operational system issues.

Provide support to the agency in development, maintenance, implementation, and operation of numerous computer application systems.

Develop requirements for existing system fixes and enhancements and contribute to higher level analysis for developing systems.

May perform supervisory duties.
