Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive service as an Agency Program Aide or one year of permanent competitive service in a position allocated to Grade 11 or higher eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law or be currently reachable for appointment from the Agency Program Aide eligible list.

Duties Description The Agency Program Aide will conduct the following activities within the Contracts Unit: review, prepare, process and track incoming and outgoing various contract-related documents (including new contracts, amendments, modifications, extensions, payment requests, assignments, terminations); process and track various contract-related reports and forms (including status reports, MWBE reports, contact update forms); review and process all payment requests received; maintain spreadsheets to track costs for grant programs and individual projects; review and process vendor responsibility questionnaires; review and process MWBE waiver requests; send contract-related correspondence and reminders to recipients and program staff; provide assistance and answer questions asked by contract recipients and program staff; process new grant applications; other contract-related projects and duties as assigned; assist the office with special projects and/or administrative support, as needed.
