Minimum Qualifications New York State employee with on year or more permanent, contingent-permanent, or 55b/c service as an Office Assistant 3 Human Resources; OR New York State employees with one year or more of permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service in a clerical, secretarial or paraprofessional title at salary grade 12 or above and are eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

Duties Description The incumbent will be assigned to the Transaction Unit and will perform a wide range of duties in support of the Division of Human Resources Management. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: monitor and process traineeships and/or probations for employees, process various reports and work with Human Resources staff to ensure that the necessary transactions are prepared. Serve as a processing liaison with the Business Services Center (BSC) in regards to reconciling data between Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS), canvass eligible lists, maintain responses and develop list of qualified acceptors for Human Resources staff and, as necessary, assist Human Resources staff with recruitment and classification transactions.
