Minimum Qualifications One year of permanent competitive service as a Contract Management Specialist 4 OR eligible for 52.6 transfer.
Duties Description Supervise, guide and direct Bureau of Contract Management staff in developing RFPs and time frames for contracts. Negotiates and reviews contracts.
Develop and implement policies and procedures regarding the structure, role, function and operation of the OCFS Bureau of Contract Management.
