Titles eligible for transfer include: Claims Services Representative 1, Motor Vehicle Investigator, Policyholder Services Representative Trainee 1, Senior Motor Vehicle Investigator, Underwriter Trainee 1.

Duties Description The Investigator 2 (Compensation Claims) is an essential position at the NYS Insurance Fund, acting as a liaison between case managers and NYSIF investigators and vendors. Along with supervising Investigator 1s, duties include, but are not limited to: Review incoming investigation requests, assign work to NYSIF investigators and outside vendors, perform quality control by reviewing reports and surveillance video, complete rating reports and authorize payments to vendors.
