Minimum Qualifications Ability to perform medium to heavy physical labor and ability to read and write for the purpose of exchanging information.

Duties Description Perform routine unskilled tasks requiring medium to heavy physical labor. Duties will include cleaning of campus buildings; maintenance of campus entrances, walks and grassy areas; snow removal; weeding and raking; assisting with campus event set-ups and tear-downs; trash and recycling. Position will assist maintenance staff with unskilled and routine maintenance and repair activities.

Additional Comments OPERATIONAL NEEDS:
• 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
• Full-time position based on a 40-hour work week.
• May be required to work overtime based on operational needs.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License.
