Duties Description Plan and execute business systems research and information-gathering efforts.

Review, document, and categorize the current business processes of various divisions and their organizational units. This review includes creating flow charts and process models.

WillMay perform supervisory duties.

Develop plans to change existing business processes and functions.

Identify the type, extent and operational implications of all business process changes effected in response to Ffederal, State, or local laws and statutes.

Establish an order of priorities for business process changes, based on the need to maintain the functionality of all important systems.

Develop schedules for the completion of projects.

Communicate business process and systems requirements to the information technology staff in the Office of Information Technology Services (OITS), and the staff of allthe three agency divisions.

Create hypothetical scenarios to test business processes and analyze the results of these tests.

Validate system requirements throughout the process of analysis.

Write business system documentation.
