Minimum Qualifications To be considered for permanent appointment, candidates must be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list or be eligible for reassignment or transfer in accordance with Civil Service Law.
Duties Description The incumbent will report to the Associate Administrative Analyst. Duties will include, but not limited to:
• System administration of the Department of Transportation’s Maintenance Asset Management Information System (MAMIS), Snow and Ice Material Tracking (SnoMat), and Storm Operations Status (SOS) Reporting. Will provide similar support for the new Agile Assets Maintenance Management System. This will include account creation and management.
• Serve as MAMIS/LATS administrator and subject matter expert including significant involvement in the rollout and training of the system; advise regional staff on how to resolve time and attendance problems in MAMIS/LATs.
• Perform periodic training for MAMIS Analysts and for the Agile Assets Maintenance Management System.
• Serve as backup to Administrative Assistant with Snow & Ice (S&I) Contracts, Arterial Maintenance and Shared Service Agreements.
• Assist Facilities Program Manager with analysis, review and administration of petroleum bulk storage registrations and State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPEDES) renewals.
• Perform data analysis and reporting from MAMIS and other database systems; assist Program Managers in data analysis.
• Assist with the development and support of new programs and systems (such as Agile Assets) as needed.
• Responsibilities may include serving a role within the Incident Command System to support the Department’s response to regional and statewide emergency situations.
