Minimum Qualifications For PRS 2 (CJ): Permanent service in this title or one year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service in a title SG-16 or higher and otherwise eligible for transfer under Civil Service Law or reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list for the PRS 2 title.

For PRS trainee: One year of permanent competitive or 55b/c service in a title SG-11 or higher and otherwise eligible for transfer under Civil Service Law or reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list for PRS Trainee.

Preferred Qualifications: Excellent organizational, technical and communication skills; the ability to work in a team setting; experience manipulating and analyzing data; and the ability to summarize findings in tabular, graphic, and narrative form is preferred.

Duties Description The incumbent will conduct statistical analysis on crime, arrest, and criminal justice processing utilizing a variety of datasets; respond to requests for information and statistics; prepare annual reports; and assist with preparation of data for the Agency website.

Additional Comments Appointment is subject to Division of Budget waiver approval.
