Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
As an Office Assistant 2, you would provide assistance with office clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, documents, records and other written material, assist with gathering and compiling data for reports, and perform clerical and office support activities such as processing applications, requests, and inquiries, filing, database entry and maintenance, server maintenance and backup, handling phone calls, office supply ordering, and office mail.
