Minimum Qualifications One year of experience in the operation of heavy equipment, which may include: bulldozers, front end loaders, excavators, graders, backhoes, etc. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
Duties Description Operation of various light and heavy equipment including tractors, mowers, skid steer loaders, chain saws. Hand work may also be needed including using brush cutters, rakes, shovels, etc.
Other maintenance work may be required such as painting, concrete work, picking litter from fisherman parking lots, etc.
Must be willing to work in adverse conditions, able to lift 80 lbs, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Additional Comments Must have valid driver’s license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position. Must be able to negotiate difficult terrain and/or work in remote areas. Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions. Travel may be required. Overtime may be required. Must be available for emergency response. Must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 80 pounds.
