Minimum Qualifications Possession of a license and current registration to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State and have one year of full time post-RN licensure clinical nursing experience.
Duties Description Administers medications and monitors individuals for reactions or side effects. Records individuals medical information and vital signs. Monitors, records, and reports symptoms or changes in individuals' conditions. Accounts for the issuance of controlled drugs, narcotics, and inventories such drugs on each shift worked. Maintains accurate and detailed reports of records.
