Minimum Qualifications Eligible for a 52.6 transfer by having one year of permanent competitive or 55 b/c service in an appropriate title.
Duties Description Reporting directly to the Director of Operations Support in the Bureau of Management Services (BMS), the Administrative Officer 2 will be the first line of contact in the Director’s absence and act as the Assistant Director of BMS.
The incumbent will act as the overall manager of various sections of the BMS dealing with business services functions including but not limited to:
• Collaborating with the Office of General Services for facility and lease planning;
• Managing the procurement, improvement and utilization of agency space and facilities building service needs, including space planning and design for all OTDA facilities;
• Coordinating Agency moves;
• Managing BMS Internal Controls;
• Overseeing renovations; and
• Managing Telecommunications.
Additional Comments Appointment to this position is contingent upon Division of Budget approval to fill. A full time, contingent permanent appointment will be made.
