Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:

Incumbents perform a wide variety of clerical activities involving the processing and maintaining of records, documents and information in support of an agency program or operation. The duties include but are not limited to the following: maintaining records and files; receiving, screening, reviewing and verifying documents; searching for and compiling information and data; answering questions about the activities of the organization orally or by correspondence; and preparing and/or issuing documents.

Additional Comments Position specific job duties may include occasional altered work schedule or job assignments which require availability and willingness to work occasional evenings and or out-stationed assignments
