Duties Description Under the direct supervision of the DDPS-4, the incumbent will function as the ISP (Life Plan) Gatekeeper of all Staten Island
DDSOO’s Residences and Day Hab. He/she will be responsible for ensuring that ISPs (Life Plans) are received and contain all the
necessary elements to support Medicaid billing.
1. Will interface with MSC (CCO) agencies to ensure that ISPs are received timely
2. Will check accuracy of the ISP (Life Plan) to ensure it supports the rehabilitation/habilitation plan
3. Will contact applicable parties to reconcile any concerns noted during ISP (Life Plan) audit
4. Will interface with Medicaid Compliance Liaisons, Habilitation Specialists and MSC (CCO) agencies
5. Will complete progress reports and review summaries with Stake holders
6. Will create tickler system to maintain tracking of all ISPs (Life Plan)
7. Will Train Staff in Residential and Day Hab Services
8. Other duties as assigned by supervisors
9. Some traveling maybe required
