Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
As an Office Assistant 2, you will provide assistance with clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, documents, records and other written materials. You will also assist with gathering and compiling data for reports, performing office support activities such as processing application requests, filing, database entry and providing server maintenance and backup. Other duties include handling phone calls, ordering supplies, and opening and distributing office mail.
