Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be a current employee of New York State with one year or more of permanent or contingent-permanent service in a title at or above a SG-9 and deemed eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. (Some transfer candidates will be required to take and pass a Civil Service keyboarding test in order to qualify for appointment.)
Duties Description The duties of this position will include, but not be limited to the following:
• Providing secretarial and administrative support to the Director and other staff as required;
• Processing draft and final audit reports;
• Opening and distributing mail; answering telephones; maintaining performance review records;
• Scheduling meetings; making travel arrangements; reviewing documents for proper formatting;
• Preparing monthly progress reports; scanning documents to FACTS system; and
• Special projects, as requested.
