TRANSFER QUALIFICATIONS:
An employee with one year of permanent competitive service in the following title may qualify for transfer pursuant to Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law:
Tax Auditor 2 Sales, Grade 23
Duties Description As an Unemployment Insurance Auditor 2, you would supervise contribution enforcement and support staff engaged in field audit and collection activities in a district office. You would train and supervise subordinates; review their work; and assist on difficult cases. You would supervise investigations to determine employer contribution liability, delinquent contribution account collection, and unemployment insurance claimants’ earnings. Computer technology will be used for various duties for this position.
