Minimum Qualifications Please note that Keyboarding proficiency is a minimum requirement of this position. Candidates who have not previously held a keyboarding title must pass a 5-minute typing session and must achieve a speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) with at least 96% accuracy.

Duties Description As a Secretary 1 you would be responsible for providing administrative office support as well as establishing and implementing procedures to maintain an efficient work flow. Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating cases, entering information in databases, compiling statistics, answering e-mails and retrieving cases.
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful candidates will be detail oriented, have the ability to handle multiple priorities at a time, and have strong communications and organizational skills.
