Minimum Qualifications Current New York State employee with one year or more permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service as a Building Construction Program Manager 3; OR current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service in a position allocated to a Grade 25 or above and eligible for transfer under Section 52.6 or Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

Duties Description Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Coordinate the activities of the Regional staff, consultant construction management firm and consultant design firm to ensure quality control of each individual project component of the Agency’s program.
• Confer with construction supervisors, consultants and D&C management regarding the progress of assigned projects, construction issues, and/or problems that exist.
• Identify potential problem areas with scheduling, change orders and other construction completion problems to maintain program schedules.
