Minimum Qualifications Permanent qualification: Candidates must currently be a permanent Secretary 2 OR be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list

Duties Description POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Secretary 1 will be assigned to the Quality Improvement (QI) Department of Taconic DDSOO and will also serve as the QI Director’s Secretary.
The duties of this position include, but is not limited to:
• Managing QI clerical tasks
• Completing minutes for department meetings
• Assisting the QI team with projects related to the oversight for regulatory compliance of all site programs and Family Care sights within the district
• Disseminate information regarding surveys, Plans of Correction, Incident Investigations and Fire Safety and all other correspondence
• Update the Policy and Procedure Manual and distribute regulatory and policy revisions
• Serve as back-up coverage for the Director’s Secretary
• Additional duties as assigned
