Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be reachable on the appropriate Civil Service eligible list, or;
Candidates must have at least one year of permanent competitive service in a title designated as appropriate for transfer in accordance with Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.

Duties Description Conduct the investigation of businesses in regard to compliance with Workers' Compensation and Disability Benefits law. Work involves field investigations including but not limited to: no insurance claims, criminal prosecutions, stop work orders, affidavit investigations, background investigations, random compliance checks, and participation in multi-agency task force operations.
