Minimum Qualifications Teacher 2: Current New York State Education Department provisional/initial certification in classroom teaching in the appropriate specialty.
Teacher 3: Current New York State Education Department permanent/professional certification in classroom teaching in the appropriate specialty.
Teacher 4: Current New York State Education Department permanent/professional certification in classroom teaching in the appropriate specialty and two years of post-certification (provisional/initial or permanent/professional) teaching experience in that same specialty.
Duties Description Making plans for teaching assignment consistent with and based on overall course objects. Administers standard subject matter test to determine a learners proper achievement in the subject field. Prepares daily or weekly lesson plans. Determines the course needs text books materials etc. and orders them. Prepares written reports describing learners progress and or behavior.
