Duties Description New York State is looking for a dynamic individual to become part of our computer support team. The position will be part of a team responsible for the IT operations for 200 employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Assisting with MS Office help desk calls;
-Scheduling and administering video conferences;
-Configuring, troubleshooting & maintaining Blackberry, iPhone and mobile devices;
-Installing and maintaining desktop PC's & laptops;
-Conducting general hardware troubleshooting, and maintenance of the hardware inventory system;
-Contributing to special projects, including but not limited to: website creation, MS Exchange configuration and maintenance, maintenance and analysis of software package features and capabilities, as required.
