Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Duties Description STANDARD DUTIES:
As the Project Coordinator you would be responsible for:
- Reviewing requests for studies of agency programs, policy, and organizational structure to determine the nature of the problem, objective of the project and other relevant details
- Assisting agency and program managers by providing technical assistance
- Participating in proactive organizational planning and conducting all aspects of statewide recruitment in compliance with Civil Service Law, Affirmative Action statutes, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Department policies and guidelines
- Aiding in assessing underutilization in the agency workforce
- Assisting in the planning, developing and implementation of new programs and initiatives responsive to the needs of the Agency
- Developing and maintaining diversity metrics and scorecard to measure success of diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs
- Preparing reports or sections of reports and performing related activities
- Conducting customer investigations
- Reviewing requests for reasonable accommodations and making determinations/recommended actions
- Performing ergonomic assessments and making recommendations of appropriate ergonomic equipment for employees
- Participating in meetings with community groups, business, unions, professional organizations, etc. to explain and promote diversity and equal opportunity activities
- Conducting federal compliance monitoring and reviews
- Communicating with partners to generate full compliance with reporting requirements
- Developing training modules
- Researching and developing resources for violence prevention, diversity and inclusion
- Other duties as assigned
