Minimum Qualifications Open Competitive: Licensed and currently registered to practice psychology in New York State Transfer Opportunity: One year permanent competitive service as a Licensed Psychologist or eligible for a 70.1 transfer. Promotional Opportunity: Licensed and currently registered to practice psychology in New York State; AND one year permanent competitive service as an Associate Psychologist or Psychologist 2.

Duties Description Clinical leadership

Program management

Forensic or court-ordered assessment, treatment and expert testimony

Disability, neuropsychological or education evaluation and interpretation

Provision of psychological services in residential treatment programs, reception placement and Evidence-Based Community Initiatives

Provision of psychological services requiring expertise in neuropsychology, child and adolescent psychology, sexual offense treatment, cognitive rehabilitation, trauma, or substance and/or chemical abuse programs

Specialized assessment (functional, personality, risk, competency, vocational, education)

Design and application of behavioral technology and other appropriate specialized psychological interventions

Additional duties will be discussed in detail during the interview.
