Minimum Qualifications Must be physically able to perform the duties described. A valid driver's license is also required.

Duties Description Duties include, but are not limited to:
Move furniture, office equipment and records.
Move items to and from storerooms and/or warehouses. Maintain storage areas.
Assist truck drivers and motor vehicle operators in picking up and delivering items.
Load and unload heavy equipment, supplies and furniture from trucks by physically lifting items or using a dolly.
Set up and remove furniture, partitions, and equipment for office moves, conferences, meetings and special events.
Deliver forms and supplies to various offices.
Assist in the receiving and shipping of various office materials.
Collect and shred confidential material or coordinate delivery to the contracted vendor.
Collect recyclables and dispose of properly.
Sort and deliver mail.
Cleaning and making sure there is gas in agency vehicles. Keeping them free from ice and snow in the winter.
