Salary RangeFrom $52293 to $52293 Annually
Minimum Qualifications Must have four years of experience in the review, investigation, and/or evaluation of compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, rules, and regulations; in the planning, development, implementation and review of programs dealing with Equal Employment Opportunity, human rights, Affirmative Action, minority business program coordination, or labor relations directly relating to Affirmative Action; or in the development and administration of programs designed to facilitate minority community access to employment or business opportunities in the public or private sector. Graduate and undergraduate credits may be substituted for experience on the basis of 30 credits for each six months experience, not to exceed two years of experience.
Duties Description Duties: Monitors, inspect job sites, attends preconstruction/pre-development meetings and reviews contracts records to assure compliance with the established goals for Minority and Woman Owned Business (MWBEs) in contracts for construction, commodities and professional services with housing entities under DHCR supervision. May be required to attend trainings, workshops or conferences. Must possess a valid NYS driver’s license or otherwise demonstrate ability to meet the transportation needs of the job.
