Duties Description Provide dental care for inmates in a correctional facility housing 1800+ male inmates. Where appropriate the Dentist may provide oral hygiene instruction.
As a Dentist 2, you would have responsibility, usually under the advisory direction of a higher ranking dentist, for the regular examination, treatment, and complete dental care of patients in a State facility. You may be the only dentist in a very small institution or facility. Duties and organizational context are similar to those for Dentist 1 except this level recognizes the more advanced practitioner.
