Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be reachable on the current Civil Service List or be a New York State Employee eligible for transfer under sections 70.1 of the Civil Service Law. Duties Description The incumbent will provide support for the Capital District RSFO in Schenectady. This includes a full range of clerical duties including but not limited to the following:


• Answer and direct telephone calls to appropriate staff, respond to standard inquiries
• Sort, log, and distribute mail
• Take meeting minutes when requested
• Document scanning, copying, and filing
• Prepare, proofread and/or edit correspondence and other documents
• Data entry
• Various other tasks and projects as needed
