Minimum Qualifications

Duties Description The summer intern will be part of a team responsible for the analysis, development, and implementation of key aspects of the Executive Budget process. The summer intern’s duties may involve, but are not limited to:
• Coordinate various assignments related to achieving budget enactment;
• Plan and coordinate Division-wide information-gathering exercises;
• Review and monitor Community Projects Fund (007) grant requests and awards, including the review of disclosure certifications and the verification of grant recipient prequalification requirements.
• Analyze process and systems needs and develop / implement solutions.
This position provides the opportunity to work on a wide range of mission critical Division processes. In performing the above responsibilities the summer intern will interact with staff at multiple levels throughout the Budget Division. The summer intern will also be exposed to efforts to improve the Division’s procedures and automated systems.
