Salary RangeFrom $67703 to $85635 Annually
Minimum Qualifications Must be licensed and currently registered as a Physician Assistant by the New York State Education Department or possess a limited permit to practice as a Physician Assistant in New York State or eligible for a 70.1 transfer.
Duties Description Provide primary health care to youth under direction of a licensed physician. Perform routine medical examinations on clients, write prescriptions and submit them to the physician for countersignature, order standard laboratory and x-ray procedures and evaluate laboratory tests. Insure accurate records are maintained for residents on all matters pertaining to health. When necessary, refer abnormal findings to the physician and initiate proper treatment for emergency cases.
