Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must be reachable on the current Civil Service eligible list or be eligible for 70.1 transfer. In order to qualify for a Section 70.1 transfer, candidates must have one year of permanent service in a Grade 9 or higher level title. The title cannot be a second consecutive transfer resulting in a advancement of more than two grade levels. Some titles eligible for a 70.1 transfer are Business Document Specialist 1, Motor Vehicle Representative, Office Assistant 2, Office Assistant 2 Keyboarding, etc.

Duties Description PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as secretary to the Executive Director;
• Provide secretarial support to all DDPC staff;
• Ensure telephone coverage;
• Schedule meetings and conference calls and reserve conference rooms;
• Set up WebEx videoconference for meetings/conference calls;
• Assist with Committee meeting preparations;
• Maintain supply inventory and ordering;
• Maintain files, databases and perform routine clerical functions, including filing;
• Handle all mail;
• Other duties as needed.
