Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience requirements.

Duties Description Will be responsible for answering telephone and monitoring voicemail, managing incoming/outgoing mail, processing bills for payment, maintaining budget spreadsheet, inventorying and ordering supplies, soliciting bids for equipment, maintaining vehicle mileage reports and vehicle maintenance schedules. Maintaining WRC conference room schedule. Maintain WHU Necropsy files and transcribe handwritten material into electronic necropsy database. Act as necropsy database liaison with contract lab and database administrator. Assist with preparation of written reports, presentations or educational displays. Coordinate appointments and assist with event planning and implementation. Organize travel arrangements for staff. Operate office equipment such as printers, copy machines, fax machines. Serves as liaison with service and vendor personnel.

Additional Comments Must have valid driver’s license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position. Preferred candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and competent computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Seasonal, hourly appointment ending no later than 3/31/2017. Program needs will determine actual termination date, which may be prior to 3/31/2017.
