Minimum Qualifications Seven (7) years of PeopleSoft technical development experience with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in PeopleSoft version 9.2 or higher. One (1) year of experience must have been at a supervisory level. The following degree substitutions, preferably in Computer Science, may substitute for experience as indicated:
• Associate’s degree and five years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience
• Master’s degree and two years of experience
• Ph.D. and one year of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Four (4) years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration
• Three (3) years of experience with PeopleSoft Integration Tools (using PeopleTools 8.53 or higher) such as integration broker in building real-time and batch interfaces with other PeopleSoft and non-PeopleSoft systems
• One (1) year of experience in configuring Single Sign-On between PeopleSoft applications and LDAP
• Seven (7) years of experience in implementing and maintaining PeopleSoft applications, Application Engine, BI Publisher, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Packages, Component Interface, SQR, PS Query, Application messaging and XML using PeopleTools 8.53 or higher
• Two (2) years of functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Core HR HCM (Human Capital Management)
Duties Description Under the direction of the Assistant Director Information Technology Services 1 within the PeopleSoft Application Services section of the Administrative and General Services cluster, the Project Coordinator is required for the design and build of the Enterprise HRMS (Human Resources Management System) and support of existing legacy PeopleSoft applications.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
• Setup, configure, maintain and support PeopleSoft Integration Broker and Web Services to facilitate systems integrations across applications
• Perform PeopleTools upgrades and apply new PUM Images using PeopleSoft Update Manager
• Provide support in creation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of PeopleSoft Environments including database, database servers, application servers, web servers, process scheduler and proxy servers
• Install new PeopleSoft environments or clone PeopleSoft environments
• Assist in debugging PeopleSoft errors with developers
• Troubleshoot and fix PeopleSoft administration and server related issues
• Troubleshoot and fix file transfer issues working with multiple agencies
• Monitor the system usage and performance metrics and provide alerts when needed
• Build scripts to provide automated alerts when system and servers are down
• Research system and administration related problems to determine the appropriate solution
• Perform internal and external code migrations to Production and Test environments
• Configure and manage Phire Architect for PeopleSoft
• Mentor other resources as needed
