Duties Description Under direction of the Unit Supervisor, the incumbent of this position will be responsible for various functions which support the Bureau of Revenue Accounting. That includes supporting the processing and reconciliation of payments made both by check and electronically to insure the payments are accounted for accurately on our Oracle based Financial Management Information System. This position would also involve extensive phone conversations with approximately 1,300 agents who sell sporting licenses on our behalf as well as those who purchase and utilize the licenses. The candidate will also need to perform numerous reconciliations of agent accounts and be able to interpret and convey that information to our agents. This position will also involve maintaining a record of our Major Oil Storage Facility monthly reports, capturing that data on Microsoft Excel for analysis and auditing that information as needed. Preferred Qualifications:
