Salary RangeFrom $77187 to $97448 Annually
Minimum Qualifications Must have a New York State License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse and certification by the New York State Education Department in Family Health or Adult Health to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
Must also meet the current requirements as set by New York State to prescribe medication.
Duties Description Provide primary health care working with a licensed Physician. You would assess the physical and psychosocial state of clients by means of interview, health history, physical exam and diagnostic tests. In accordance with a written practice agreement and practice protocols that include specialty areas and are agreed upon in advance by you and the Physician or record, your work may include the diagnosis of illness and physical conditions and the performance of therapeutic and corrective measures. You may also perform employee health exams in accordance with the agreement and protocols.
Additional Comments Includes an additional $20,000 annual Geographic Pay.
